After you complete a brief trip inquiry form, we’ll “meet” on a complimentary consultation call. I’ll ask questions about your family’s travel desires, needs, dates, and budget that
allow me to create something custom for
you—and you’ll have an opportunity to ask
any questions of your own, too.

Craft
If you think we’re a good fit, I’ll send over my Design Fee and then craft your initial itinerary. I’ll work with my vetted travel partners to create an escape that’s uniquely tailored to your family—from hand-picking destinations and property stays to including special experiences and excursions.

Refine
I’ll present your initial itinerary for your review, then collect your feedback. We’ll make any tweaks necessary until your trip proposal sounds like exactly what you’re craving.

Reserve
Now, you can leave all the travel
arrangements to me, as I handle your trip deposits and reservations for your hotels/cruise cabins, transfers, tours, and more.
04.
Prepare
As your departure date approaches, I’ll be in touch with prep guidelines and recommendations for what to see and do in your destination—and answer any final pre-trip questions you have.

Explore
As you travel, you can rest easy knowing you have 24-hour care—from both myself and my in-destination partners. If something
unexpected comes up, simply reach out for
assistance, so you can get back to exploring.

What is your Design Fee?
I charge a planning fee to cover my time researching and crafting your itinerary, offering support while you travel, and extending access to my exclusive travel partners. This fee will vary depending on the length and complexity of your trip—and I’ll share it with you during your complimentary consultation call, so you can decide if you’d like to move forward with working with me.
Do you only design family travel experiences?
Not at all! In addition to family escapes, I also design adult-only getaways such as a couples’ trip just for you parents, or a long-overdue escape that brings your friends together. You can learn more about my particular travel specialties right here.
I only need a hotel—can you help?
Yes! In fact, you can use my Private Label Site through Virtuoso to book a luxury hotel property yourself, fee-free. When you do, you’ll be able to take advantage of exclusive Virtuoso amenities and upgrades—you can browse and book within the portal right here.
